Private Cocktail Parties and Events

Here at Blackcomb Helicopters, we are able to put on private high alpine events for groups as large as 300 people. We are able to provide the following:

• We have the ability to provide catering and staff for your event, however, you do have the option to provide your own catering if you choose.

• We have a beautiful event site on Rainbow Mountain (Glacier or lake).

• We can also provide a 24min tour around Whistler before dropping guests off at the glacier or lake.

• Mountain guides are provided to ensure safety in a backcountry environment.

• We also have a shuttle that can fit up to 14 passengers that can provide transport to and from the Whistler village area. For larger groups, additional transportation may be required.

• Choose from a private cocktail event or group sightseeing tours (with optional champagne landing), or custom group charter (large group transfers, heli adventures etc.)

• BC Experience (24 min tour)
  $1,539/helicopter + 5% GST

• Champagne Toast add-on (to BC Experience)
  $1,250/helicopter + 5% GST

• Cocktail Events
  A full customized cocktail party in the backcountry including flights, equipment, catering, and more

• Starting from $3,060/helicopter + 5% GST

*The helicopters are 5-seater aircraft.
