Flying out of our Whistler & Pemberton Heliports, there’s a location for every season!
Experience
Fly to a beautiful alpine location where you will have 45 minutes to get married or enjoy a pre/post-ceremony photo session.
Choose between a Silver Band flight (12 minutes total flight time) or a longer scenic tour Gold Band flight (25 minutes total flight time).

Ipsoot Icefield, Rainbow Mountain, Beverley Lake, Marriage Lake

Silver Band Wedding (Dec to Sep only)
12 minutes total flying time - 45-minute mountain landing
$2,299 + 5% GST for up to 5 passengers
Gold Band Wedding (Year-Round)
25 minutes total flying time - 45-minute mountain landing
$3,079 + 5% GST for up to 5 passengers
Multiple Flight Weddings
Call or email to book and for larger quotes
$4,949 + 5% GST (6-9 pax) at Rainbow Mountain or Beverley Lake
+ $2,675 + tax for every additional flight
Online booking is available for single-flight Whistler weddings. Please call/email for Pemberton & Multi-flight bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Full refunds are issued for cancellations with 24 hr + notice, and for bookings canceled by weather.
It is always recommended to have a poor weather backup plan.

Important Information
All flights and landings are subject to weather, availability of aircraft, and civil emergencies.
Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of the flight time will be assessed a 100% cancellation fee, no fee if cancelled more than 24 hrs prior to your booking.
Cancellations due to weather - no charges will apply.
Wedding vendors (photographers, videographers, officiants/celebrants, etc.) are not included.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Each guest will be required to sign a Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks, and Indemnity Agreement (“Waiver”) before the planned activity/trip commences. In no event will a guest be permitted to participate in a planned activity/trip without having signed a Waiver. In order to assist with our preparation, we kindly ask that our guests sign their Waivers at least 30 days prior to the planned activity/trip.
